Bugsnax announces a free update for 2022, with a new island, challenges and the creation of our house

During last night s state of play, we were able to see some renowned titles that are or will be available in the PlayStation consoles. Undoubtedly, the most striking case is the new video of Little Devil Inside, but the night also left us other own names and some other pleasant surprise.

It is the case of Bugsnax, which announced through a trailer a new content update that will come from Free way at the beginning of 2022. This expansion takes us to the island of Bigsnax, a mysterious place where the bugsnax are larger than usual, so we will need to make use of new mechanics to make with them.

There are more than 100 new challenges and 30 missions from Young Horses have listened to the community and have implemented the possibility of having our own cottage and customize it at our whim. We will be given the option of accepting new challenges from the mailbox (more than 100, next to 30 missions) that promise to take a turn to the gameplay and allow us to get furniture and accessories to personalize our space.

Bugsnax is a video game of action and adventures of casual aspect where we are a journalist who receives a mysterious tape from a discredited explorer, Elizabert Megafig. She is inviting us to the Snaktooth Island to discover some beings half bug, half an appetizer. We can hunt and capture more than 100 different species from these creatures, taking advantage of a wide variety of gadgets and baits, while trying to solve the mysteries of the place.

The game came to PC, PS4 and PS5 at the end of 2020, but aims at a launch on other platforms in the future. In 3DGEGOS we went to the title with the same doubts that all of you, but testing it in depth we realized that we are facing a proposal enough enough to give it a try.
